Sprina (Yoga)

“Energy flows

where intention goes”

Sprina (RYT-200) first begun her yoga journey with the intention of getting healthier physically. Slowly she discovered and fell in love with the many mental and spiritual gifts of yoga: mental clarity, sense of inner calm, acceptance, and deep self-understanding.

Sprina believes in using breath to connect body and mind together for a deeper practice. In her teaching, she emphasise on the importance of proper alignment, pranayama breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation. Modification and advanced options are always available to encourage her students of different levels to explore their own limits and have fun in their practice.

After completing her 200-hours yoga teacher training in Malaysia and Thailand, she’s been spreading her knowledge and love for yoga in Malaysia and Doha, Qatar.

Daryl (Movement)

“The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don't have any.”

Daryl started his career as a personal trainer in 2013 and went through most of what the fitness industry had to offer but was left bored, unsatisfied and in constant discomfort in his body. This led him to search for answers and ultimately brought him to a broader perspective towards health and movement.

As a Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist, he teaches people how to take care of their joints and feel more confident in their physical capabilities. If you’re looking to feel stronger, more capable and move with less aches and restriction, Daryl is the right guy for the task.
