Take your yoga to the next level

Group classes are great for most but some of us do need that extra attention to get the maximal results. Which is why having a 1-on-1 experience with a yoga teacher can further deepen your practice and help you unlock greater understanding of the poses and sequences.

Having an experienced teacher’s full attention means your practice will be safe and effective. The teacher is able to monitor you posture alignment, breath awareness & help ease your fears & anxieties around more challenging poses like deep back bends, forearm balancing & inversions. You will transform & elevate your practice in no time!
