YIN YANG FLOW + TIBETAN BOWL SOUND HEALING

Yin Yang Flow offers a 75-minute, balanced yoga journey, combining the restorative stillness of Yin with the active energy of Yang. This class guides you through deep stretches and lively sequences, nurturing both mind and body. Then as you surrender into restorative yin postures, bathe in the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, inducing a transcendent state of body and mind harmony.

MoveFit

“STRENGTH + MOBILITY + SKILL”

MoveStrong is an intermediate strength and mobility class that builds upon the foundations laid in our MoveFit program. This dynamic workout utilizes gymnastic rings, kettlebells, and bodyweight training to challenge your strength, flexibility, and movement skills.

A key focus is dedicated skill work, where you'll spend 6-8 weeks mastering a specific movement capability like handstands, muscle-ups, planche holds or advanced locomotion patterns. Our expert coaches will guide you through a progressive, safe skill progression.

While this is an intermediate-level class, beginners are welcome! Regression and progression options are provided to meet you where you're at and continue pushing your physical limits.

Ideal for: Levelling up full body strength, improve body control, while learning awesome new skills.

MoveStrong

MoveFit is a beginner-friendly strength and mobility class designed to build a robust foundation of full-body functional fitness. This dynamic workout combines kettlebell training, gymnastic ring exercises, bodyweight conditioning circuits, mobility drills, and play-oriented movement exploration.

Expect to push press kettlebells overhead, practice controlled ring rows and dips, and master fundamental movement patterns like squatting, hinging, and locomotion.

We'll keep things fun by throwing in movement games and unique Tasks to tap into your body's innate ability to move with fluidity and control.

You'll build full-body foundational strength, enhance mobility, improve body control and coordination, all while discovering the joy of playful, mindful movement practice.
