Strength & Mobility

This is a beginner-friendly strength and mobility class designed to build a robust foundation of full-body functional fitness. This dynamic workout combines kettlebell training, gymnastic ring exercises, bodyweight conditioning circuits, mobility drills, and play-oriented movement exploration.

Expect to push press kettlebells overhead, practice controlled ring rows and dips, and master fundamental movement patterns like squatting, hinging, and locomotion.

We'll keep things fun by throwing in movement games and unique Tasks to tap into your body's innate ability to move with fluidity and control.

This 45 mins led class will teach you the fundamentals of utilising breath to alter states of being: Various breathing techniques will be practiced to reduce stress, manage anxiety, improve focus, and promote overall well-being.
