What Is the Pain Reset Program?
The Pain Reset Program is a structured, progressive 4-week system created for people who are tired of recurring pain and want a sustainable solution, not temporary relief.
Rather than treating pain as a problem isolated to one area, we address the entire movement system — including posture, stability, breath, coordination, and nervous system regulation.
This is where real, lasting change happens.

This program is for you if you:

• Feel stiff, unstable, unsure how to move safely
• Sit, stand or work long hours

This program is not suitable for acute injuries, post-operative rehab or unmanaged medical conditions. A screening process is required.

Yes. Exercises are scaled and coached based on your ability and comfort.

No. This program focuses on quality of movement, not intensity.

While no program can guarantee outcomes, Pain Reset addresses the root causes of recurring pain and equips you with tools for long-term management.

All participants go through a screening process. Acute injuries or post-surgical cases may be referred to physiotherapy instead.

Consistency is important. Having said that, we understand things can happen and absence is unavoidable. However , no replacement class will be given for missed sessions. The take home tools are there for your continuing efforts to get better.
