Many of us spend most of our lives in constant doing, overthinking, rushing, and functioning — often without realising how disconnected we’ve become from our body, emotions, and sense of inner calm.
This experience is designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and accessible way.
Through a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, somatic practices, guided awareness, and deep relaxation, you’ll be guided out of stress and survival mode and into a greater sense of safety, presence, and ease within the body.
This is not about “performing” yoga or doing things perfectly.
It’s about softening, feeling, releasing tension, and giving your body space to be.
You will leave feeling:

Meet your guide
Natalie is a German yoga and somatic facilitator with over 13 years of personal practice in yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
Her work focuses on nervous system regulation and embodied awareness, helping people move out of chronic stress and over-functioning and reconnect with a sense of safety, presence, and inner balance.
She has guided thousands of students worldwide, offering practices in yoga nidra, Kundalini-inspired movement, and nervous system-based meditation.
Natalie’s approach blends traditional yogic practices with modern somatic and nervous system understanding, creating accessible and grounded experiences that support emotional reconnection and deep relaxation.
Her intention is to support people in shifting from constant doing into feeling – and from disconnection into embodied presence.
