Frequently Asked Questions

  • Memberships can be paused once every 6 months for a maximum of 30 days. If you are traveling for work or have a medical emergency/condition, you may write to us at hello@ommosapiens.com to request for pausing your membership.

  • For 5-class monthly members, one unused class can roll over to the next month. For 8-class monthly members, two unused classes can roll over. The rollover will only take affect once you have renewed your monthly membership.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

  • Monthly memberships require 30 days notice for cancellation. There is no cancellation for 3 month memberships. For the annual membership, minimum commitment is 6 months & cancellation will be subjected to a cancellation fee.
